Validity of terms of sale

The terms of sale apply to the rights and obligations arising from the purchase of goods between the customers of the Pure Food Estonia OÜ online store (hereinafter the Customer) and Pure Food Estonia OÜ, Reg: 16029550, Katusepapi 6, Tallinn 11412, Estonia (hereinafter purefood.ee).

In addition to these terms and conditions, the legal relations arising from the purchase of products from the purefood.ee online store are regulated by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.

Purefood.ee reserves the right to make changes in the sales conditions and sales prices. These changes are reflected on the purefood.ee website.

Making a purchase

  • Select the products or services you want to buy from the e-shop and add them to the shopping cart by clicking the “ADD TO CART” button.
  • By opening the shopping cart, you have the opportunity to adjust the quantity of products and also delete products from the shopping cart.
  • When you have added all the products to the shopping cart, press “GO PAY”.
  • All fields marked with * (asterisk) must be filled in the order. You must also agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

The invoice will be sent to the subscriber’s e-mail after the order has been placed.

Price and delivery information

The currency of the e-store is euros (€). Prices include VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Purefood.ee is not responsible for any other taxes or fees that may be applied to the Customer and for which the Customer remains fully responsible.

The delivery of the products is agreed between purefood.ee and the Customer during the purchase process. The delivery methods of the Purefood.ee online store are:

  • SmartPost parcel terminals –  2 €;
  • Omniva parcel terminals – 2.33 €;
  • DPD courier to home or work – 4.83 €;
  • Self-pickup | Katusepapi 6, Tallinn 11412 – free.

VAT will not be added to the delivery cost. Delivery times are from the moment of posting. The packages will be mailed within 1-3 working days after receipt of the payment and from then on the delivery times of the transport company will take effect. If a customer has made multiple orders, then purefood.ee will fulfill them based on the ordering times, if there is no separate agreement with the customer. The maximum delivery time is 14 days. Delivery takes place only within Estonia.

If the order is submitted before the conditions of sale or prices are changed, the conditions valid at the time of placing the order will be adjusted to the legal relations between the Customer and purefood.ee.

Methods of payment

Bank links:

  • Estonian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop, Pocopay

Payments are mediated by AS SEB Pank. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – when paying with a bank link in the secure environment of the respective bank. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card details. The agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to the current account of the Online Store.

The owner of the online store is the chief processor of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor AS SEB Pank.

Invoice:

  • Payment on the basis of an invoice: Payment is made to the current account of Pure Food Estonia OÜ. When paying the invoice, the order number must be used in the explanation. The order will not be sent until the money has reached the current account of Pure Food Estonia OÜ.

Entry into force of the sales contract

The sales contract enters into force from the moment the total amount of the order has been received on the current account of Pure Food Estonia OÜ.

Delivery

After the sales contract enters into force (payment of the customer’s invoice), purefood.ee will complete the order and hand it over to our logistics partners for delivery.

The delivery terms shown on the Purefood.ee website are valid from the moment of payment of the invoice.

In order to deliver without delay, please be careful when entering the delivery details when placing the order.

Shipments that have been damaged during transport where the products, but not the product packaging, have been damaged will be replaced by the Customer. If replacement proves impossible, we offer compensation for the cost of the damaged goods.

Purefood.ee is not responsible for the delay in delivery of the goods if the goods have been handed over to the logistics partners on time for the allowed delivery to the Customer, but the delay in delivery is due to circumstances that purefood.ee could not influence or foresee.

Right of return

After delivery of the order, the Consumer has the right to return the ordered products within 14 days.

The products to be returned must be unused and undamaged.

Upon withdrawal from the sales contract, the Customer will be reimbursed for the cost of the goods and the initial delivery cost.

The cost related to the return of the goods shall be borne by the Customer. Purefood.ee bears the cost related to the return of the goods if the delivered goods differed from the order.

In order to return the goods, an application for the return of the goods must be submitted to the e-mail address andi@purefood.ee within 14 days from the receipt of the goods. The customer will be contacted and the return of the goods will be coordinated as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days.

The Customer will be reimbursed for the returned goods after inspection of the returned goods, but not later than within 14 days.

Force majeure

Purefood.ee is not responsible for any damages caused to you or for the delay in the delivery of the goods if the damage or the delay in the delivery of the goods is due to circumstances that purefood.ee could not influence or foresee.

Protection and security of personal data

Pure Food Estonia OÜ is the chief processor of personal data. Pure Food Estonia OÜ forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor AS SEB Pank.

The information and personal data collected during the processing of Purefood.ee pages and orders are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.

When paying for purchases with banks with encrypted data communication, the security of the Customer’s personal bank IDs is ensured and there is no access to them by purefood.ee.

Procedure for submitting claims

Purefood.ee is responsible for non-compliance of the goods sold to the Customer with the terms of the contract or for defects that appear within two (2) years from the delivery of the goods to the Customer.

Purefood.ee is not responsible for the occurrence of defects in the product due to the Customer’s fault, for defects that have arisen as a result of irregular storage or use of the product. Deficiencies include defects in the product, but not defects in the product packaging.

In case of non-compliance or defects of the product, the Customer has the right to demand the replacement of the product with a compliant or non-defective product or withdrawal from the sales contract and return of the goods at the expense of purefood.ee. In case of withdrawal from the sales contract, purefood.ee will reimburse the Customer for the amount paid for the goods together with the postage to the bank account requested by the Customer no later than within 30 days after returning the goods and checking and identifying defects.

In case of non-compliance or defects of the product, please send a complaint to the e-mail address andi@purefood.ee stating the name of the customer, contact telephone number, order number and a precise description of the non-compliance or defect of the product.

A claim in case of discovery of non-conformity or defects of the product must be submitted within two months from the discovery of non-conformity or defects of the product.

All claims will be reviewed and the Client will be contacted as soon as possible, but not later than within 14 days from the receipt of the claim.
